Chief Features

Compared with floating ball valve, when working, all the forces generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball are transmitted to the bearing, which will not make the ball move towards the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure.And the torque of trunnion ball valve is small, the valve seat deformation is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long, which is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter occasions. Advanced spring pre-seat assembly with self-tightening feature realizes upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, which can be sealed in each direction. Therefore, there is no flow restriction for installation, and it is bi-directional. The valve is generally installed horizontally.

When the core structure is opened, the valve core is located in the ball chamber, with a large flow cross-section, and the valve will not be washed. When closed, the valve core will not be washed. When it is opened, the spherical surface of the valve core will move along the valve.

The seat is progressive, effectively removing scaling obstacles and achieving reliable sealing. It is particularly effective for mixed flow transportation of two-phase mixed flow where solids prone to scaling are precipitated.
