Main Structural Features

Chief Features:

The structure design of elastic sealing ring has been adopted for floating ball valves. This seat design features is a bigger sealing pressure ratio between the ring surface and the ball when medium pressure gets lower where the contacting area is smaller, thus the reliable seal is ensured.when the medium pressure gets higher, the contacting area between seat ring and ball becomes bigger as the sealing ring transforms elastically to under take the bigger force pushed by the medium without any damage.

Y Type Globe Valves

Lixin Y Type Globe Valve is one of the most widely used valves. API600 Pressure Seal Gate Valve

Pressure seal gate valves are used for high pressure service, typically for pressures above 100 bar. The unique feature of the pressure seal bonnet is that the body-bonnet joints seal improves as the internal pressure within the valve increases. Expanding Gate Valves

Expanding Gate valve is manufactured in accordance with API-6D. This type of valve is suitable for onshore and offshore applications where suspended and abrasive solids are present in the fluid or for oil and gas transportation and isolation service. The double block and bleed design offers a proper seal in between both seats and the gate in high and low pressure, for this reason, line pressure is not needed to seal the valve. The principle of operation is based in two segment members of a disc which at an opened or closed position are capable to seal in both directions and isolate the bonnet cavity.

Forged Check Valves

Forged Check Valve is the disc by its own weight and the medium pressure action to block the reverse flow of the medium .It may also be used in pipelines to supply auxiliary systems in the pressure may rise above the system pressure.

Main Features :

Lixin Forged Check Valve are commonly used as bottom valves in pumping units to prevent backflow of water .Disc movement is divided into lifting type and swing type .Lift-type check valves are similar to globe valves except for the absence of a stem to drive the disc. The medium flows in from the inlet end (lower side) and out from the outlet end (upper side). The valve is opened when the inlet pressure is greater than the combined weight of the disc and its flow resistance.Conversely, the media flow back when the valve is closed.Swing check valves have a tilted disc that rotates about the shaft and work in a similar manner to lift check valves.

Cast Check Valves

Cast Check Valve is known as one-way valve or non-return valve. The valve closes automatically driven by flow and force of medium to prevent backflow of medium. They are mainly applied on pipeline with medium flows in one direction.

Main Features :
Lixin Cast Check Valve is used to prevent back flow in the line. Flow is in a straight line through the valve resulting in minimal pressure drop. The disc swings into the open position as the media flows through the line. Back pressure in the line holds the disc in the closed position.
